When producers upload tracks or related content, we collect and store:

We may also use uploaded audio, metadata, profile information, and platform activity to support analysis, recommendations, abuse detection, matching, and service improvement. The methods, models, rules, and weighting used for these functions are proprietary.

CuePitch may use automated tools and third-party services to analyze uploaded audio and related non-identifying metadata for purposes such as:

• identifying audio characteristics
• improving recommendations
• supporting matching and discovery
• detecting misuse or suspicious activity
• improving service performance

We do not send personal information to these audio analysis services. In this context, personal information such as your name, email address, login credentials, payment information, or account identity data is not sent for analysis.

We may share personal information where reasonably necessary to operate CuePitch, including with the following categories of recipients:

• payment service providers
• cloud hosting and storage providers
• email delivery and communication service providers
• analytics, security, and fraud prevention providers
• audio analysis and recommendation service providers, but only with non-personal or non-identifying data as described above

CuePitch is a platform that connects producers and DJs. Depending on how you use the service, certain information may be visible to other users.

DJ Profiles

Information you choose to include in your DJ profile, such as artist name, biography, genres, social links, profile image, and related public profile details, may be visible to other users of the platform.

Producer Submissions

When a producer submits a track to a DJ, the receiving DJ may be able to access the track, related metadata, and information reasonably necessary to review the submission.

Platform Administration

Authorized CuePitch personnel may access account information, submissions, files, and related records where reasonably necessary for support, moderation, security, fraud review, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform maintenance.

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside the country where you are located.

As a result, your personal information may be disclosed to or processed in the United States and other jurisdictions in which our providers maintain personnel, infrastructure, or operations.

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a manner consistent with applicable privacy obligations.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, detect misuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

In general:

• account information is retained while your account remains active
• profile information is retained while your profile remains active or published on the platform
• uploaded tracks and related submission records are retained while the associated content or account remains active, unless deletion is requested or required
• transaction, billing, payout, tax, and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by law or reasonable business recordkeeping needs
• logs, backups, and security records may be retained for a limited period for security, continuity, fraud prevention, and recovery purposes

When personal information is no longer required, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely destroy it where practicable.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, except where we need to retain certain information:

If you signed up using a third-party login provider, you may also be able to manage connected app permissions through that provider.
